By far breastfeeding is the hardest part of this whole process for me. My labor, I have to say, was easy! But the feeding has been a lot more challenging. We are working on it, but I wanted to share my favorite part. James calls it the "Milk Coma." This is the before picture:
And here is Jude's after picture. He is so precious.
And the old saying, "everyone thinks they have the cutest baby" it's really true! I think God designed it that way, so they are still cute at 4 am when he keeps me up.

I still feel that way after I eat lunch. Know you are loved and being stalked from a distance.
Love those big bright eyes when they are hungry.
I've been reading your blog for a while but have never commented, congrats on the new baby. Also I wanted to encourage you on the nursing, I had a hard time with my first. Northside Hospital has great lactation services, they have a number you can call for free and ask questions, I used to call all the time and they gave great advise.
I love looking at Jude. He gets cuter and cuter everytime I check your website.
Your two pictures could easily be entered in the dictionary as examples of both:) LOVE the milk coma pic...so so true! Hang in there with the nursing. We had a VERY rough go at it with Miss Priss but it DOES and WILL get better! The lactation consultants are GREAT resources. The ones at the hospital you delivered at don't usually charge...but even if they do, it is WELL worth the money. Even if they just watch you nurse and give you peace of mind that everything you are doing is great. Looks like he is enjoying his dinners:) We have had the sniffles around here and have stayed away. Thinking of you guys and can't wait to meet him and visit with you too! m (call me if you have any questions...there are some great products out there to help if things are sore)
He is SOOOOO cute!!
I love seeing pictures! He is so adorable!!! Can't wait to meet him :)
It will get better, the first few weeks are the hardest! Nursing is the one thing only we as mothers can do. It is a blessing, but not easy.
